2. Payment Terms

2.1 All Payments Must Be Made In Full Prior To The Commencement Of Services.
2.2 By Making A Payment, The Client Acknowledges That They Have Read, Understood, And Agreed To All Terms Mentioned In The Invoice, Agreement, And Website.
2.3 Payments Are Accepted Via Bank Transfer, Net Banking, UPI, Cheque, QR Code, Or Internal Debit/Credit Cards. International Cards Are Not Accepted.
2.4 Generally, Cash Payments Are Not Accepted. If Paying By Cash, It Must Be Done In Office Only. As Per Government Norms Applicable In Hyderabad, Proper Invoices Will Be Issued For All Cash Payments.

2.9 All Payments Made To The Company Are Strictly Non-Refundable. Once Payment Is Made, It Cannot Be Refunded Under Any Circumstances. Clients May Choose Alternate Services, Or If They Avail Services In The Future, They Will Be Provided With A Discount Equivalent To The Previous Payment.
2.10 The Company Is Not Responsible For Any Transaction Errors From Banks. After Invoice Generation, The Company Will Confirm The Amount Is Credited To The Company’s Account.
2.11 The Company Does Not Use Digital Signatures For Any Purpose.
2.12 All Quoted Amounts Are Exclusive Of GST. Applicable CGST, SGST, CESS, And TDS Will Be Charged Extra As Per Government Regulations.
2.13 MLA Group Of Companies Operates In A Transparent And Professional Manner, Ensuring Services Are Delivered By A Qualified And Experienced Team.

3. Refund / Money-Back Policy

3.1 All Payments For Services, Packages, Or Memberships Are Strictly Non-Refundable.
3.2 Orders Are Processed Immediately; Cancellation, Refund, Or Chargeback Requests Will Not Be Accepted.
3.3 Changes In Personal Preference Or Financial Situations Do Not Qualify For A Refund.
3.4 Clients May Choose Alternate Services If Desired, Or Future Services Will Receive A Discount Equivalent To The Previous Payment.
